Crab Burger

Super delicious and inexpensive homemade Crab Burger recipe. Cooking a big burger with a crab cutlet.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Burger bun – 2 pcs.
  • Lettuce
  • Cabbage
  • Pickled cucumber – 1 pc.

For the cutlet:

  • Onions – 40 g
  • Crab sticks or snow crab – 220 g
  • Shrimps – 70 g
  • Starch – 1 teaspoon
  • Quail eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

For the sauce:

  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup – 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce – 0.5 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Peel and finely chop the onion.
  2. Knead the crab sticks. Peel the shrimps and add them to the crab sticks.
  3. Add quail eggs (or chicken egg yolk).
  4. Add the bow.
  5. Pour in starch, mix. Salt, pepper, mix again.
  6. Form the cutlets and fry them over low heat in vegetable oil (2 minutes on each side).
  7. We mix everything for the sauce.
  8. Before baking, grease the buns (both top and bottom). We send for 2 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
  9. Cut a lightly salted cucumber into thin slices. We wash lettuce and Chinese cabbage.
  10. We bake buns
  11. Putting together the crab burger. Put the cabbage and cucumber on the bottom of the bun first. Then a cutlet.
  12. Cover the top with the second part of the bun.
  13. The crab burger is ready! Bon Appetit everyone!
