  • 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 75 g bacon, lean, diced
  • 200 g crabs (polar sea crabs)
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon dill

Instructions

  1. Clean the garlic cloves.
  2. Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan. Fry the diced bacon and squeezed garlic in rapeseed oil. Add the drained shrimp. Deglaze with sour cream and refine with dill.
