- 400 g noodles (instant)
- 400 g crabs
- 400 g carrot (s)
- 350 g leek
- 350 g red pepper (s)
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- Pepper, black
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 800 ml sauce, sweet and sour - finished product

- Marinate the crabs in soy sauce and pepper. Prepare instant noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Clean and chop the vegetables.
- Heat the oil in the wok and fry the vegetables in it for about 5 minutes. Then add the crabs and boiled noodles - fry for another 3 minutes. Add the sweet and sour sauce and fry for another 2 minutes. You can of course also make the sweet and sour sauce yourself (recipe in the CK).
