- 200 g ribbon noodles
- 2 carrot (s)
- 500 g Chinese cabbae
- 2 spring onion (s)
- 200 g cooked ham, lean
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ sambal oelek
- pepper

- Cook the ribbon noodles in plenty of salted water until they are firm to the bite and drain well.
- Roughly grate the carrots and cut the Chinese cabbage into strips approx. 1 cm wide. Cut the spring onions into thin rings and the cooked ham into thin strips.
- Heat the tablespoon of oil in a coated pan. First sauté the carrots, then add the cabbage and boiled ham, fry lightly, season with pepper.
- Add the pasta and fry gently for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce and sambal oelek, season to taste, sprinkle with spring onions.
