Ingredients

  • 500 g ribbon noodles
  • 2 bell pepper (s), (green and red)
  • 4 spring onion (s) with green
  • 1 can bamboo shoot (s)
  • 1 point bean sprouts, fresh
  • 1 can mushrooms sliced
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce or Maggi
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta as usual and drain in a colander. Chop the vegetables and mix everything in a bowl. Heat some of the oil in a non-stick pan or wok and add the vegetables. While constantly turning the vegetables, stir in the soy sauce, sambal olek and pepper and salt. After about 5-7 minutes add the pasta and stir everything again. Depending on your taste, you can also add soy sauce and sambal olek. But be careful, it could get hot.
