Cook the pasta as usual and drain in a colander. Chop the vegetables and mix everything in a bowl. Heat some of the oil in a non-stick pan or wok and add the vegetables. While constantly turning the vegetables, stir in the soy sauce, sambal olek and pepper and salt. After about 5-7 minutes add the pasta and stir everything again. Depending on your taste, you can also add soy sauce and sambal olek. But be careful, it could get hot.
