Noodles with Beef and Chinese Cabbage

If you are into Asian cuisine, be sure to try this simple, quick and delicious variation of a hearty main course. The combination of vegetables, noodles and meat is a classic 🙂 I recommend the recipe!

Directions

Put the beef in the freezer for about 20 minutes, so that you can then cut it into such thin strips. Boil the noodles according to the instructions.
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper and chopped greens (onions in this case).
Wash, dry and chop the cabbage.
Beat eggs in a small bowl. Gather all the ingredients nearby, heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Add chopped garlic, fry for 15 seconds. Add the cabbage, fry for a couple of minutes, and then transfer to a bowl.
In the meantime, add a little more oil to the pan and place the beef. Fry on both sides and transfer to the cabbage.
Add some more oil, add noodles and eggs. Stir and fry for a minute.
Add cabbage, meat and sauce. Stir and simmer for another 30 seconds. Then remove from heat. The beef and bok choy noodles are ready.
