Ingredients
- 300 g beef, lean
- 200 g Chinese e noodles
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 200 g broccoli
- 2 liters beef broth
- 6 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 clove garlic
- Chili powder or sambal oelek

- Cut the meat into thin strips, press the garlic and cut the spring onions into small pieces. Mix everything with soy sauce and oil in a bowl and marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Pour the beef broth into a large saucepan and bring to the boil. Put the meat in the pan with the broccoli florets and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then transfer to bowls and set aside.
- Then season the soup with chili powder and soy sauce as you like, preferably nice and hot. Add the soup to the noodles in the bowls and enjoy.
