Chinese Beef with Vegetables

Quite spicy and aromatic dish in the best traditions of Chinese cuisine. And if you want to really surprise your family, then the recipe for cooking Chinese beef with vegetables is what you need.

Ingredients

  • Beef Tenderloin – 600 Grams
  • Bulb onion – 300 Grams
  • Bulgarian pepper – 200 gram
  • Green String Beans – 300 Grams
  • Garlic – 6 Cloves (3 – for marinade, 3 – for dressing)
  • Vegetable oil – 100 grams
  • Soy sauce – 100 Grams
  • Rice vinegar – 2 tbsp
  • Starch – 100 Grams
  • Salt – To taste
  • Ground black pepper – To taste
  • Ground red pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. First, we need to cut the meat into cubes about 1 centimeter wide.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the soy sauce (4 tablespoons) and rice vinegar (2 tablespoons). Add chopped garlic and mix.
  3. Now add some salt to the meat and add black pepper and marinade. Leave to marinate for 40 minutes.
  4. While the meat is marinated, we will prepare the vegetables. Pepper we clean from seeds, wash and cut into strips.
  5. We also cut the onion into large strips.
  6. Now we squeeze the garlic through the garlic with a bowl. With him we will make a dressing for our dish.
  7. Add 0.5 teaspoon of red ground pepper.
  8. Pour in the soy sauce and stir – our dressing is ready.
  9. By that time, the meat had already been marinated, and we can start cooking it. Pour starch into a plate and roll each piece of beef in it from all sides.
  10. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan; its layer should be about 1.5 centimeters. When the oil warms up well, we begin to fry the meat, but we do it gradually, in several passes so that the pieces of beef do not stick together.
  11. We fry all the meat until a pleasant ruddy state and send it to a separate bowl.

  14. Place the onion and pepper in a bowl of meat.
  15. Now it’s the turn of the beans (you must first defrost them), fry them for no more than 3 minutes and send them to the rest of the ingredients.
  16. Now mix everything thoroughly and season with soy sauce with garlic and pepper, mix again.
  17. The finished dish is best served warm, spreading it out on separate plates.
