Ingredients
- 500 g Chinese cabbae
- 2 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
- 1 chilli pepper (s), red, chopped and pitted
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- Ginger (5 cm), fresh, finely chopped
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- salt

- Cut the cabbage into finger-thick strips.
- Then fry in a pan with garlic, ginger and chilli for about 3 minutes while stirring. Deglaze with broth, bring to the boil again and season with salt.
