Ingredients

  • 750 g Chinese cabbae
  • 150 g onion (s)
  • 250 g tomato (s), peeled
  • 250 g potato (s)
  • 40 g butter
  • 375 g minced meat, mixed
  • 250 ml water
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the Chinese cabbage, cut in half, cut into narrow strips, wash, drain well. Peel the onion, dice finely and sauté. Add the minced meat and continue to sauté. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Dice tomatoes too. Add Chinese cabbage, potatoes and tomatoes to the pot and sauté briefly, add salt and pepper to taste and pour 250 ml of water. Then let it stew for 45 minutes.
  2. When everything is ready, season with tomato ketchup, salt and pepper.
  3. Tip: Chinese charcoal stew tastes best when it is reheated.
