Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 onions)
  • 200 g ham (salmon ham)
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 500 g Chinese cabbae
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly potato (s)

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips. Heat the cooking oil, sauté the onion cubes, add the sliced salmon ham and roast. Add the mushrooms and Chinese cabbage. Season to taste with soy sauce, pepper and salt, simmer for another 10 minutes. If necessary, dice the potatoes and boil them separately. When done, add to the stew.
