Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), green
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 leek
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 180 g shrimp (s), or 250 chicken
  • 1 packet noodles, Chinese
  • 0.5 ½ glass bamboo shoot (s)
  • Ginger root
  • garlic
  • 1 dash soy sauce
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Put the shrimp or chopped chicken together with some fresh ginger, about 1 clove of garlic and soy sauce in a bowl and let it steep for about 15-30 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cut the peppers, leek and carrots into small pieces.
  4. Add the prawns or chicken to the pan and fry them. Take out of the pan and place in a bowl.
  5. In the same pan, fry the cut vegetables and the bamboo shoots and then add them to the bowl.
  6. Fry the cooked pasta in the pan a little. Add vegetables and prawns or chicken. Mix well and, depending on your taste, season with ginger, salt, pepper and garlic.
