Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Put the shrimp or chopped chicken together with some fresh ginger, about 1 clove of garlic and soy sauce in a bowl and let it steep for about 15-30 minutes.
In the meantime, cut the peppers, leek and carrots into small pieces.
Add the prawns or chicken to the pan and fry them. Take out of the pan and place in a bowl.
In the same pan, fry the cut vegetables and the bamboo shoots and then add them to the bowl.
Fry the cooked pasta in the pan a little. Add vegetables and prawns or chicken. Mix well and, depending on your taste, season with ginger, salt, pepper and garlic.
