Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into thin strips, press the garlic and cut the spring onions into small pieces. Mix everything with soy sauce and oil in a bowl and marinate for about 30 minutes.
  2. Pour the beef broth into a large saucepan and bring to the boil. Put the meat in the pan with the broccoli florets and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
  3. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then transfer to bowls and set aside.
  4. Then season the soup with chili powder and soy sauce as you like, preferably nice and hot. Add the soup to the noodles in the bowls and enjoy.
