Ingredients
- 1 small pointed cabbage
- 200 g minced meat, e.. mixed
- 300 g ribbon noodles, wide
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 cube beef broth, instant
- 300 ml water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 50 g cheese, rated
- 1 teaspoon sauce thickener

- Cook the ribbon noodles al dente. Cut or grate the cabbage into thin slices.
- Fry the minced meat in a little oil or clarified butter and then gradually stir in the cabbage. Then pour in the water and add the stock cube.
- In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- When the noodles are ready, add them to the minced cabbage and stir in the creme fraiche.
- Thicken with the sauce thickener. Season to taste with salt and pepper and place in a large baking dish. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake for about 20 minutes!
