- 500 g minced meat
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion (s)
- 500 g bell pepper (s), cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 0.5 ½ cup cream cheese
- 250 g ribbon noodles
- Salt water
- some oil

- Fry the minced meat in a little oil until crumbly, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cut the onion into pieces or strips and add. Cook the pasta in salted water and drain.
- When the meat is cooked through, add the pepper strips and cook for about 10-15 minutes. Add the tomato paste and cream cheese, season everything again and serve with the pasta.
