Ingredients
- 400 g turkey schnitzel or turkey steaks
- 3 large carrot (s)
- 200 g white mushrooms
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 large bell pepper (s) your choice
- 500 g ribbon noodles, wide
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Curry powder
- oil
- possibly water or broth if necessary

- Put on the cooking water for the pasta.
- Clean and prepare the vegetables: cut the mushrooms and carrots into slices, dice the bell pepper and cut the spring onions into rings. Prepare the meat and cut it into strips.
- Put the pasta in the boiling water and cook according to the instructions on the package until al dente.
- Fry the sliced turkey in hot oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and curry powder. Now add the prepared vegetables and fry them briefly (deglaze with a little water or broth if necessary). Drain the cooked pasta and mix in. Season everything again and serve.
