Instructions

  1. Put on the cooking water for the pasta.
  2. Clean and prepare the vegetables: cut the mushrooms and carrots into slices, dice the bell pepper and cut the spring onions into rings. Prepare the meat and cut it into strips.
  3. Put the pasta in the boiling water and cook according to the instructions on the package until al dente.
  4. Fry the sliced turkey in hot oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and curry powder. Now add the prepared vegetables and fry them briefly (deglaze with a little water or broth if necessary). Drain the cooked pasta and mix in. Season everything again and serve.
