- 500 g ribbon noodles
- 500 g turkey breast fillet (s)
- 4 spring onion (s)
- 3 tomato (s)
- 2 packs hollandaise sauce
- Cheese, for gratin
- some pizza seasoning
- Oil (garlic oil)

- Cook the ribbon noodles in salted water until they are done, drain them and place in a baking dish.
- Cut turkey breast fillet into pieces, season with salt and pepper and fry in hot garlic oil.
- Then spread over the pasta. Cut the spring onions into small pieces and sauté them in the garlic oil until they are translucent, then pour over the turkey breast pieces. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, also pour over the turkey breast pieces. Spread both packs of hollandaise sauce on top and finish with cheese. Put some pizza seasoning on the cheese.
