Ingredients

  • 400 g turkey breast (alternatively chicken breast)
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 eggplant (s)
  • 250 g beans, reen
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 large tomato (s), peeled
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, rosé
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • Salt and pepper, whiter
  • Basil, fresh

Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey breast into cubes and the onion into half rings. Finely chop the garlic. Fry everything together well in the olive oil. Clean and break the beans. Add to the meat and continue frying. Clean the zucchini, aubergine and tomatoes, also cut into cubes and add to the pan. Fry everything for about 5 minutes and deglaze with the vinegar. Then season vigorously. Let it stew for about 15 minutes with the lid closed. Finally cut the basil into strips and mix in.
  2. Serve with bread or rice.
