  • 300 g turkey meat
  • 2 pt. Vegetables (butter vegetables, frozen)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 cup broth

Instructions

  1. Peel, finely chop and fry the onion. Chop the turkey meat, add to the onions and fry. Meanwhile, thaw the butter vegetables and add to the meat. Add a cup of broth and simmer for a few minutes. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Tip: It also tastes very good if you add potato cubes, but it only takes a little longer because the potatoes are boiled.
