Ingredients

  • 1 bag rice (long grain rice), cooking
  • Water (salt water)
  • 600 g turkey breast
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 kohlrabi
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 30 g mararine
  • Salt and pepper, whiter
  • 150 g peas (frozen)
  • 300 g whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon sauce thickener, lighter
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives

Instructions

  1. Let the rice cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Dice the meat. Dice the onion. Cut the kohlrabi, carrots and zucchini into thin slices.
  2. Put the meat and vegetables in the hot fat and let them steam. Possibly add some water. Season with salt and pepper. Add the peas and deglaze everything with the cream. Then simmer for 5 - 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in the sauce thickener, bring to the boil again and season with salt and pepper. Cut the chives into fine rolls and sprinkle over them. Drain the rice and add to the turkey vegetables.
