Ingredients

  • 500 g nocchi, (from the refrierated counter)
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 5 tablespoon white wine
  • 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
  • 400 g turkey breast or turkey schnitzel
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 teaspoon herbs, (frozen)
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 250 ml water

Instructions

  1. Wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, fry the uncooked gnocchi in it for about 4 minutes, remove.
  3. Cut the meat into thin strips, fry with 1 teaspoon oil for approx. 4 minutes, add the spring onions, season with salt and pepper
  4. Deglaze with 250 ml of water, the white wine and the cream, bring to the boil and add the processed cheese, stir in the frozen herbs.
  5. Add the gnocchi and heat again briefly - season with salt and pepper.
