- Wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, fry the uncooked gnocchi in it for about 4 minutes, remove.
- Cut the meat into thin strips, fry with 1 teaspoon oil for approx. 4 minutes, add the spring onions, season with salt and pepper
- Deglaze with 250 ml of water, the white wine and the cream, bring to the boil and add the processed cheese, stir in the frozen herbs.
- Add the gnocchi and heat again briefly - season with salt and pepper.
