Ingredients

  • 1 sachet gnocchi
  • 1 large can tomato (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • 300 g turkey meat
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Chilli pepper
  • oregano
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250 ml cream
  • 100 g parmesan, rated
  • olive oil
  • possibly white wine

Instructions

  1. First prepare the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet and drain in a colander.
  2. In the meantime, fry the chopped onions in a pan in olive oil and then add the canned tomatoes. If the tomatoes are not already chunky, simply mash them in the pan and cut them up a little. Now add the turkey meat cut into cubes. If there is not enough liquid, add some wine or water. Cover and let the meat simmer over low heat.
  3. Then season, this can vary depending on your taste. Be careful with the salt, as the parmesan will be added later! When the meat is done, remove the lid and add the cream and gnocchi, bring to the boil again and then turn off the stove. Add the parmesan, stir everything and serve.
