Ingredients

  • 250 g nocchi
  • 1 yellow pepper (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 150 ml cream or crème fraiche
  • some parsley, fresh, chopped
  • Herbs your choice (for sprinkling)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. First peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Peel and chop the clove of garlic. Peel and slice the carrots. Clean the zucchini and peppers and cut into large pieces.
  2. First sweat the onion and garlic, then add the carrots (they take a little longer). Now add the zucchini and after 3-4 minutes the pepper pieces (they need the least time and it should still have bite).
  3. Once the vegetables are in the pan, add the gnocchi to boiling water. After about 1 minute they swim to the surface and are done. Drain and add to the pan with the vegetables. Finally refine with the cream and the herbs as well as the parsley. Serve hot.
