Ingredients

  • 400 g nocchi, from the refrierated shelf
  • 100 g tomato (s)
  • 100 g zucchini
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 50 g cheese, rated
  • 1 sprig marjoram
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop tomatoes and zucchini, then finely chop / chop the onion.
  2. Fry the gnocchi in the pan until they have a good brownish color, then add the onion and fry until they are translucent. Add tomatoes, zucchini, herbs and spices. Now put the lid on the pan and let everything simmer for a few minutes, stirring several times.
  3. Then sprinkle cheese over it and add some water (approx. 2 tablespoon). Put the lid back on, turn off the stove and leave the pan on the hot plate. After a few minutes, the dishes can finally be served.
  4. You can choose between cress, chopped parsley and dried marjoram as a topping.
