- 2 large zucchini
- 6 thick carrot (s)
- 200 g ribbon noodles
- 250 g shrimp (s)
- 200 g cream cheese (paprika cream cheese)
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon ajvar

- First, cook the ribbon noodles in salted water.
- In the meantime, wash the zucchini and carrots and cut into thin slices with a peeler. Sauté them in a large saucepan for about 5 minutes, salt and pepper properly.
- Add the pasta and prawns and fry in the pot for another 10 minutes. At the very end, add the cream cheese and ajvar and mix well.
