Ingredients
- 500 g ribbon noodles
- 250 g shrimp (s)
- 2 cups cream
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 3 tablespoon parsley
- salt and pepper

- Marinate the prawns (whether frozen or fresh) with the olive oil, parsley, a little salt and pepper for 1 hour.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Thinly slice the garlic cloves and place in a pan with the marinated shrimp and marinade and fry until the liquid has gone. Add the cream and tomato paste and simmer a little.
- Fold in the pasta and season again to taste.
