Instructions

  1. Cook the ribbon noodles in plenty of salted water until they are firm to the bite and drain well.
  2. Roughly grate the carrots and cut the Chinese cabbage into strips approx. 1 cm wide. Cut the spring onions into thin rings and the cooked ham into thin strips.
  3. Heat the tablespoon of oil in a coated pan. First sauté the carrots, then add the cabbage and boiled ham, fry lightly, season with pepper.
  4. Add the pasta and fry gently for another 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce and sambal oelek, season to taste, sprinkle with spring onions.
