Crab Balls

A cute snack – balls of crab sticks (or crab meat), vegetables, and cream cheese are breaded and deep-fried.

Ingredients

  • Crab sticks, chopped – 3-4 tbsp
  • Bulgarian red pepper, chopped – 0.25-0.5 pcs.
  • Bulgarian yellow pepper, chopped – 0.25-0.5 pcs.
  • Green onions – 1-2 pcs.
  • Stalked celery – 0.5-1 pcs.
  • Cream cheese (cream cheese) – 3-4 tbsp
  • Eggs – 1 pcs.
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Flour
  • Sweet chili sauce (for serving)

Directions

  1. Combine chopped vegetables and crab sticks.
  2. Add cream cheese.
  3. To stir thoroughly.
  4. Separate a nut-sized portion with a tablespoon. Roll in flour on all sides.
  5. Dip in an egg.
  6. Roll in breadcrumbs.
  7. Heat the oil (preferably in a deep fryer, but you can also heat it in a deep saucepan). Fold the prepared balls in a net and dip in oil.
  8. Fry until golden brown.
  9. Enjoy your meal!
