- 400 g North Sea shrimps
- 8 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoon tomato ketchup without preservatives
- 2 tablespoon cognac
- 2 dashes lemon juice
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- Cayenne pepper, amount according to heat

- In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise, ketchup, cognac, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and cayenne pepper and fold in the crabs. Let everything stand in the refrigerator for about an hour.
