Hearty, eye-pleasing sesame buns called hamburgers.

Ingredients
- Sesame bun – 4 pcs.
- Mixed minced meat – 250 g
- Tomato – 1pc.
- Lettuce leaf – 4 pcs.
- Cheese – 150 g
- Pickled cucumber – 1 pc.
- Onions – 1 pc.
- Mustard – 1 teaspoon
- Ketchup – 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons
- Sunflower oil
- Salt
Directions
- From ready-made homemade minced meat (pork + beef) we form flat patties the width of a bun and fry them in sunflower oil.
- Carefully cut the bun and lightly brown it on the inside in a frying pan.
- Then we layout in stages: a bun, a lettuce leaf, a cutlet (preferably hot), a couple of slices of cheese, a circle of tomato, a ring of onion, and a couple of slices of pickled cucumber or gherkin.
- Next, close it with the second half of the bun, having previously greased it with a mixture: mayonnaise + ketchup + mustard.
