Chicken Burger

A chicken burger is a dish that can quickly satisfy your hunger. Such a multi-layer sandwich can be prepared with a wide variety of fillings, but today we will focus on chicken meat. It is tasty, satisfying, and affordable.

Ingredients

  • Burger buns – 2 pcs.
  • Chicken fillet – 100 g
  • Peking cabbage – 60 g
  • Carrots – 50 g
  • Cucumbers – 50 g
  • Hard cheese – 40 g
  • Natural yogurt – 30 g
  • Sugar – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Cumin – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Apple cider vinegar – 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for your chicken burger.
  2. Chop Chinese cabbage, carrots, and fresh cucumbers into thin slices.
  3. Add sugar, a little salt, cumin, and apple cider vinegar to the vegetables.
  4. Stir the salad and let stand for 15 minutes to marinate the vegetables and become even juicier.
  5. Slice the chicken fillet into plates and beat lightly. Season with salt and pepper. Fry the meat until golden brown. If the pan does not have a non-stick coating, you can add some vegetable oil.
  6. Cut the buns into halves and dry in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Spread the yogurt on the bun halves.
  8. Top with juicy salad and chicken fillet.
  9. Add the pieces of cheese and cover with the remaining half of the bun.
  10. The chicken burger is ready.
