Cutlets “Appetizing”

I recommend delicious minced meat cutlets for lunch. Fast and tasty. Minced meat is suitable both ready-made and homemade.

Cook: 20 mins

Servings: 6


  • Minced meat – 500 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 30 ml
  • Boiling water – 50 ml
  • Breadcrumbs (or flour) – 4 tbsp


  1. Put the minced meat in a bowl. Peel the onion, grate on a fine grater, add to the minced meat.
  2. Drive an egg into a bowl, salt and pepper, mix well until smooth and beat the minced meat on the edge of the bowl.
  3. Form cutlets with wet hands.
  4. Roll the prepared cutlets in breadcrumbs or flour.
  5. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put prepared cutlets in hot oil. First fry the “Appetizing” cutlets over medium heat until golden brown for 2-3 minutes on one side.
  6. Then turn over and fry on the other side (2-3 minutes). So fry all the cutlets.
  7. Put the cutlets in a frying pan, pour 50 g of boiling water. Simmer cutlets “Appetizing” on the lowest heat cutlets covered for 7-10 minutes.
  8. Appetizing cutlets are ready. Serve with your favorite side dish.
