Burgers with Interesting Cutlets

Interesting cutlets for such burgers are prepared with the addition of dried apricots and pine nuts, which makes the cutlets taste more than unusual.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Ground beef – 450 g
  • Dried apricots (finely cut) – 1/3 cup
  • Pine nuts (fried) – 2 tbsp
  • Cilantro (cut) – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic (chopped through a press) – 2 cloves
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground cumin (cumin) – 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Ground cinnamon – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon.
  • Burger buns – 4 pcs.
  • Lettuce leaves – 4 pcs.
  • Tomato (cut into slices) – 1 pc.
  • Oil for greasing a frying pan

For the Moroccan sauce:

  • Ketchup tender – 1/3 cup
  • Ground cumin – 1/8 teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon – 1/8 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander – 1/8 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 1/8 teaspoon.

Directions

  1. Prepare Moroccan sauce. In a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients, cover, and refrigerate.
  2. In a large bowl, combine dried apricots, pine nuts, cilantro, garlic, salt, cumin, cinnamon, coriander, and black pepper. Put the minced meat in this spicy mixture, mix well. Form 4 cutlets from the resulting mass, about 2 cm thick.
  3. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and put cutlets on it, fry until brown on all sides, for about 14-18 minutes (the temperature on the meat thermo should reach 80 degrees).
  4. Cut the buns in half, grease the slices with the sauce and place the cutlets with lettuce and tomato slices between the two halves.
