Turkey Cutlets with Cheese

Such cutlets are made as zraz, and the filling is cheese. For lunch, turkey cutlets with cheese are what you need.

Servings: 4


  • Turkey fillet – 500-600 g
  • Hard cheese – 100-150 g
  • Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
  • Breadcrumbs – how long will it take
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 30 g


  1. Grind the turkey fillet in a meat grinder. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
  2. Cut the hard cheese into cubes.
  3. Beat the eggs with a fork.
  4. Take a portion of meat on a wet palm, put a piece of cheese on it, and mold a cutlet.
  5. Dip the cutlet in the egg.
  6. Then roll in breadcrumbs.
  7. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put prepared cutlets into the pan.
  8. Fry cutlets on both sides over medium heat until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes each).
  9. Turkey cutlets with cheese are ready. Serve with your favorite side dish. Bon Appetit!
