  • 600 g turkey meat
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 200 g cream
  • 150 g cream cheese (with herbs from Provence)
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), medium-aed
  • Spice mix, for meat

  1. Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into slices. Clean, wash and cut mushrooms. Peel and dice the onion. Season the meat with meat seasoning, fry and remove from the pan.
  2. Fry the onions and mushrooms in the frying fat, deglaze with cream and bring to the boil. Melt the cream cheese in the sauce while stirring. Let it boil down a little. Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets. Pre-cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain.
  3. Then put the meat in a greased dish and coat with broccoli. Finally, pour the onion and mushroom sauce over it. Scatter cheese on top. Baked in the oven until golden brown. Baguette tastes good with it.
