Apple Cutlets Baked with Potatoes in a Sleeve

I love to cook so that it is tasty and a lot! But how many dishes are used for this! Then I don’t really like to wash. Always lazy, simple recipes help out. Today – cutlets with a twist, or rather with an apple. The taste of apple in the finished cutlets is not felt, but it adds juiciness and some kind of airiness. Cutlets are baked in the sleeve – a minimum of dishes, and you don’t need to wash the oven. Cook for health!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat – 700 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Sweet and sour apple – 1 pc.
  • Baton – 1 piece
  • Potatoes – 1.2 kg
  • Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
  • Spices for meat (I have dry garlic) – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. All products are at hand. We also need a baking sleeve. The preparation will take a few minutes. The process is simple and familiar.
  2. Peel the loaf and soak it in water. Rub the onion on a coarse grater. Peel the apple and rub it on a fine grater. Mix the apple and onion immediately. Add minced meat, well-pressed loaf, salt, pepper, and dried garlic. Knead the minced meat well.
  3. We form minced meat cutlets. I got 11 pieces.
  4. We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Chop the potatoes arbitrarily. Add salt, ground pepper, and vegetable oil, mix.
  5. Put the potatoes in the baking sleeve. Put cutlets on top of the potatoes. We tie the edges. We make several punctures in the sleeve from above with a knife. We bake cutlets with potatoes in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
  6. The potatoes are perfectly steamed.
  7. The cutlets turned out to be juicy, airy.
