Potatoes with Mayonnaise (in the Sleeve)

Tasty and aromatic potatoes according to this recipe can be prepared even by a novice cook, a teenager, or a bachelor, just adding spices and a little Maheev mayonnaise “With a quail egg”, packing it all into a baking sleeve and sending the potatoes to the oven!


  • Potatoes – 300 g
  • Mayonnaise Maheev “With quail egg” – 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Bay leaf – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch


  1. We will prepare all the products for cooking potatoes with mayonnaise.
  2. Peel and wash the potatoes.
  3. Cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes. (How finely you cut the potatoes will determine the baking time. The average size of the potatoes is the most optimal, the potatoes will bake and will not break down during cooking.)
  4. Add Maheev mayonnaise “With a quail egg” to the potatoes.
  5. Add turmeric, it will give the potatoes a beautiful color.
  6. Grind the bay leaves in a mortar and add to the potatoes.
  7. Pass a clove of garlic through a press and also add to the potatoes.
  8. At the very end, add salt and pepper. Mix the potatoes well with mayonnaise and spices.
  9. We put the potatoes in the baking sleeve, tie the ends of the sleeve with clips. We spread the sleeve with potatoes on a baking sheet or in a mold.
  10. We send potatoes in a sleeve into an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
  11. Here is such a potato, baked with mayonnaise, we get in the end: juicy, aromatic!
