  • 500 g potato (s), waxy
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 150 ml broth
  • 5 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes, let them cool down well (important, otherwise it will be a mushy potato salad!) And peel them. Then cut into slices. Peel the onion, dice it finely and mix it with the potatoes. Mix the stock with the vinegar and mayonnaise and pour over the potatoes. Mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper and season to taste. The salad shouldn`t turn out too dry, you can add mayonnaise and broth. Tip: If you like, you can mix in cucumber cut into fine slices, this makes the salad even more juicy.
