Chopped Turkey Cutlets

Recipe for juicy and tender chopped turkey cutlets.


  • Turkey thigh – 500 g
  • Potato starch – 3 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
  • Eggs – 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Greens – 50 g
  • Dry garlic – 1 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Salt – 2 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Vegetable oil – for frying


  1. Chop the onion very finely with a knife. Send to a bowl, where we will form all the minced meat.
  2. Chop the hard cheese finely and add to the onion.
  3. Remove the skin from the turkey thigh.
  4. Cut out the bone. Cut the meat into small pieces. Send to bowl.
  5. Chop the greens with a knife.
  6. Add to the rest of the ingredients, season with salt and pepper.
  7. Send dry garlic, starch and mayonnaise there.
  8. Stir and add egg. Stir again.
  9. Put the minced meat in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
  10. When the cutlets are fried on both sides, cover and reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  11. The turkey cutlets are ready. Enjoy your meal
