Turkey Chops With Sage and Ham

In fact, the dish is very simple, but sage and ham give turkey chops an unusual flavor.

Ingredients
- Turkey fillet without bone and skin – 2 pcs.
- Prosciutto (or other ham) – 2 slices
- Fresh sage – 4 leaves
- Flour – 2 tbsp
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Butter – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Lemon, wedges for serving
Directions
- Cut the turkey fillet in half lengthwise to make thin patties.
- Place patties between two layers of cling film and beat off with a rolling pin or kitchen hammer. Sprinkle the cutlets with salt and pepper. Place half a slice of ham, a leaf of sage on each cutlet and secure this trio with a toothpick.
- Pour salt and pepper into a plate, season with salt and pepper. Dip the turkey chops in flour on all sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet, add butter and stir. Place the turkey chops in a preheated skillet, sage down, and cook over medium heat for about 1.5 minutes. Turn the chops over and fry for another 30 seconds, until tender.
Serve the turkey chops immediately with the lemon wedges.
