Pork Tenderloin in Bacon, on Skewers

A delicious recipe for tender pork tenderloin skewers in juicy bacon! Thanks to the mustard marinade, bacon and the constant turning on the grill, the kebabs are juicy, aromatic and incredibly tasty!

Ingredients

  • Pork – 500 g
  • Bacon – 8 slices
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Mustard – 1 tbsp
  • Hops-suneli – 1 teaspoon.
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. We soak the skewers in water so that they do not burn while cooking on the grill.
  2. Cut the pork into small cubes.
  3. Add chopped garlic, mustard, suneli hops and salt. Mix thoroughly with your hands and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. We string the pieces of pork on a skewer and then wrap in bacon.
  5. We spread the kebabs on the wire rack. Fry on charcoal for about 15 minutes, turning constantly.
  6. The pork tenderloin in bacon is ready.
