Ingredients

  • 125 ml sweet cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 350 g processed cheese (herbs)
  • 2 pack herbs, frozen, 8 herbs
  • 1 onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 kg pork fillet (s)

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork fillet into pieces approx. 10 cm wide. Salt and pepper to taste and fry in butter for about 3 minutes on each side.
  2. Mix all ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Cut the onions into small cubes.
  3. Put the fried fillet in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Cover with aluminum foil and let cool for 24 hours.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Boiled potatoes, rice or green noodles and a crunchy green salad are recommended as a side dish.
