  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 2 onions)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g cream
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 point herbs, Italian, frozen or dried
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork fillet into slices and fry briefly in a pan with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and cut them in slices. Cut the onion into rings. Brush a baking dish with olive oil, layer onion rings and mushroom slices on the bottom, then place the pork fillet on the onions and mushrooms, season with Italian herbs.
  3. Mix the sour cream, cream and processed cheese and pour over the other ingredients. Baked in the oven at 180 degrees.
  4. It goes well with baked potato wedges, seasoned with Italian herbs or ciabatta bread.
