Ingredients

  • 1 kg pork fillet (s)
  • 500 ml sweet cream
  • 6 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 6 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 4 vegetable onion (s)
  • 3 teaspoons curry
  • 500 g cheese (e.. Gouda)
  • 3 banana (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork fillet into medallions, season with salt, pepper and lightly fry in hot oil, then place in a greased baking dish and top with the sliced bananas.
  2. Slice the onions and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper. Add to the pan and fry until the moisture has evaporated.
  3. Put the cream, tomato ketchup, tomato paste and curry powder in a bowl and mix well. Stir in the cooked mushrooms and onions.
  4. Pour everything evenly over the meat covered with bananas. Spread the grated or sliced cheese on top. Bake for 40 minutes at 150 °.
  5. Serve with rice.
