- Cut the pork fillet into pieces approx. 10 cm wide. Salt and pepper to taste and fry in butter for about 3 minutes on each side.
- Mix all ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Cut the onions into small cubes.
- Put the fried fillet in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Cover with aluminum foil and let cool for 24 hours.
- Bake at 180 degrees in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Boiled potatoes, rice or green noodles and a crunchy green salad are recommended as a side dish.
