Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 7 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 2 bell peppers, red and green
  • 2 small onions
  • 12 slices bacon, mixed
  • salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash, dry and cut the meat into cubes. Peel the garlic and squeeze it into a bowl. Add 4 tablespoons of oil, lemon juice and curry and stir well. Mix the meat into the marinade and cover and let stand for 1 hour. Clean the peppers and cut into pieces. Peel and cut the onions into eighths. Remove the meat cubes from the marinade and wrap each piece in ½ slice of bacon. Skewer 3 pieces of meat alternately with the vegetables on each skewer. Salt and pepper well. Fry the skewers with the remaining oil until crispy or grill them on the grill.
